The Problem
Singaporeans consume a lot of single-use bottled water despite the fact that tap water is safe.
Insight
When people use plastic bottles, they don’t think twice about the environment. “It’s just a bottle, won’t make a difference.” But in actual fact, it does make a difference. They just don’t see it.
The Idea
The DBS Go Green Card – the first credit card that let's people see the effects of their purchases on the environment.

Made of recycled materials so each card is unique.
How it works:
You’ll receive a pledge where you’ll sign to begin your journey to reduce single-use bottled water. Each month we would challenge the total national usage of plastic bottles by setting a quota for each person. If you hit the quota or below, you’ll receive cashbacks and rewards.
When you honour the pledge, you'll also be consciously making the effort and also get to see that you can make a difference to the environment through simple actions.

With the use of this card,
it serves as a reminder to myself,
that the power to change the environment,
is truly in my hands
